Selfiee movie released in cinemas on 24 February 2023. The movie has been directed by Raj Mehta and starring by Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hashmi, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty. It is a remake of South Indian Malayalam movie “Driving License”
The movie depicts on the story of a Bollywood superstar Vijay Kumar and his fan Om Prakash Aggarwal, who is a RTO officer. A cob officer Om and his son Gappu both are the biggest fan of Vijay and wants to meet him and take a selfie with him. One day Vijay comes to Bhopal to shoot a movie. Vijay Kumar needs to get a new driving license and is loved by fans across the country. But there is a misunderstanding leads between Vijay and Om. Vijay insulted Om in front of his son and his seniors. Thus, Om swears payback. There are twists and turns of the fight of a superstar vs a fan flashes in the media everywhere.
Over all, Selfiee is a comedy-oriented drama movie. People must be watched with their families. The storyline is good and portrait was amazing. As usual, Akshay Kumar has Justified with his role as a superstar. Emraan Hashmi also acted well. Both Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty doing well through their acting skills. The movie is very well executed by Dialogues, Editing, Music, Scripts and Screenplay.
