Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Yashoda is out in the theatres. The makers have left no stone unturned to promote the film aggressively, carrying an exceptional buzz. The film is said to unravel the secrets of the medical mafia, Samantha plays a surrogate mother. Written and directed by the director duo Hari-Harish, the movie also stars Unni Mukundan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, Shatru and Kalpika Ganesh in significant roles. Interestingly, Samantha has done some demanding action sequences in the film. The film which has been made on a lavish scale has acclaimed Hollywood action director Yannick Ben choreographing its action sequences.

Considering Samantha’s first Hindi theatrical release, ‘Yashoda’, its makers claim, is the biggest pan-India female-centric movie ever made in India. It is released across the nation in five languages – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. The promos and songs of Yashoda have not divulged the film’s story. The technical crew includes Mani Sharma as the music composer, M Sukumar as the cinematographer and Marthand K Venkatesh as the editor. With interesting twists and turns, Yashoda is all set to wow viewers and is surely going to give you goosebumps.
