According to reports, Prabhas is playing dual roles in this movie.
It has been certified as an A-rated movie by the Censor Board. The global theatrical release of Salaar: Ceasefire – Part 1 is slated for December 22, 2023.

The plot of the movie revolves around a gang leader. In an attempt to fulfill a pledge made to his dying companion, a gang leader confronts the other criminal groups.
Vardharaja “Vardha” Mannar, the son of Raja Mannar, is to succeed him in Khansaar. However, Raja Mannar’s advisors and ministers plot a coup d’état by enlisting the help of Russian and Serbian soldiers to invade and murder Vardha and Raja. Together with his brother and a few dependable guys who support him and his father, Vardha escapes Khansaar. Vardha visits Deva, his closest friend from boyhood, who finds out about his situation and decides to declare him Khansaar’s unchallenged heir.
