Siddharth Anand’s directorial Fighter to be India’s first aerial action franchise . Talking about the movie ,director Siddharth Anand said, “Fighter is a dream project, and I am glad to have someone with Ajit’s (Ajit Andhare, Viacom COO) vision to be partnering this with me. With this film, we aim to put Indian films on the map for action-loving global theatrical audiences who crave for spectacle and the big screen experience.”  Remarkably, this movie is Hrithik and Deepika’s first collaboration. Given their onscreen aura , fans are eagerly waiting for the magic of collaboration of Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan. . Fighter has become the most awaited and anticipated movie and now there is an update about its shooting.  Reportedly,Hrithik and Deepika will begin the shooting for the movie June this year. It is reported that the shooting was deffered because of Corona pandemic and lead cast’s commitments to others. However,things are turning into place now, and as per a report published in India Today, the team is all ready to be in action.“Both Hrithik and Deepika will be getting in their best shape physically for this film. There’s a lot of action involved. Since the lockdown restrictions have eased, the film will be shot all around the world,” a source said.Apart from superstars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, but Anil Kapoor will also seen portraying a key role .
‘Fighter’ is slated to hit big screens on January 26 next year and will witness clash with John Abraham starrer Tehran.
On the professional front, Deepika Padukone is busy in shooting of another directorial of Siddharth Anand ‘Pathan’ which features King Khan(Shahrukh Khan) in lead role . To note, this movie will witness Deepika’s fourth collaboration with SRK . Earlier, they worked together in Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express and Happy New Year.
