Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor has been quarantined at her Mumbai home, as she tests positive for Covid-19 on December 14. She fully cooperates with the BMC and her house has been sealed and the BMC is now investigating contact tracing. The Hindi film actress is quarantined with kids Taimur and Jeh Ali Khan with her, as Saif Ali Khan is out of the city. According to the sources, Kareena is doing well and is following the instructions of the officials. And, as per officials, Saif Ali Khan has been out of Mumbai since the recent week and they have reportedly denied to public the details as to when he will come back.
As per the reports, firstly, Seema Khan was tested positive for Covid-19. Then Yohaan, who is the son of Seema Khan, had also tested positive for Covid-19. Post which Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora also got it. Actually, they had all attended a get-together at Karan Johar’s house party on December 8, 2021. Seema had insignificant symptoms of COVID and on December 11, her report came positive. Then Kareena and Amrita got themselves tested and their reports also came positive on December 12. Although they are fit, their treatment can’t be ignored due to the medical necessity.
The spokesperson of Kareena had revealed in an official statement recently that the actress had been infected with the virus at a private dinner gathering. He said, “Kareena has been extremely responsible throughout the lockdown period. She has been careful every time she’s stepped out. Unfortunately, this time she and Amrita Arora contracted COVID at an intimate dinner where a few friends had gathered to catch up. It wasn’t a big party as being reported. Among that group, there was one person who seemed unwell and was coughing, and who eventually passed it on. This person should have been responsible enough to not attend the dinner and put others at risk.”
