On November 19, India and Australia will square off in the final at Narendra Modi Stadium. The victorious side will walk away with US$4,000,000 in prize money.

ICC Men’s ODI World Cup was hosted by India in the year 2023. First match of World Cup 2023 was played on October 5 between England and New Zealand in which New Zealand won by 9 wickets. Final match will be played on November 19, 2023. In this  World Cup, many teams participated and few teams such as West Indies , Scotland , Zimbabwe etc. were not qualified . India played very well in this Tournament and won all of the matches against other qualified teams. India also won the Semi Final in an exciting match against New Zealand with 70 runs on November 15, 2023 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Australia and South Africa were qualified for the 2nd Semi Final in this World Cup in which Australia defeated South Africa with remaining 3 wickets on November 16, 2023.

Other teams including Pakistan , Afghanistan and England with 8,8 and 6 points remained at 5th , 6th,7th position in the Table . These teams approached as Challenging teams but were not able to qualify the semi finals due to their Negative Run Rate . Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Netherlands secured only 4 – 4 points and did not perform well in this World Cup. Many Centuries and half – centuries were made by players of particular teams Glenn Maxwell , an Australian Cricketer who smashed double – century of 201 runs in 128 balls against Afghanistan which included 17 fours and 10 sixes . Mohammad Shami approached as an Outstanding Bolwer who took 7 wickets in 9.5 overs by giving 57 runs in Semi Final 1st played by India against New Zealand. Except this Brilliant performance, he took 3 hauls of 5 wickets including 7 wickets against New Zealand in 1st Semi Final.  Mohammad Shami took 23 wickets which are highest by a bowler in this Tournament. Virat Kohli broke the record of Sachin Tendulkar of 49 centuries by hitting 50 centuries and scored 711 runs till now. Now, all country would think for the Kohli’s 51st century against Australia on November 19. Rohit Sharma, Indian cricket team captain emerged as a Six hitting machine and hit smashing sixes in this whole Tournament.

On 19 November 2023, India would try to defeat Australia in the final match and win 3rd the world cup. On the other hand, Australia would be looking to win the 6th world cup trophy. As the two teams square off again in Ahmedabad on Sunday, don’t expect the Indian bowlers to start the match with that level of carelessness and anxiety. This is an assault that is accustomed to these circumstances, well-practiced, and battle-tested. Jasprit Bumrah always sets the tone, zeroing in on the good length zone as though he owns that piece of land; his efficiency is highlighted by his opening powerplay economy of 3.13. When Rohit Sharma brings Mohammed Shami in as the first change, Mohammed Siraj can occasionally spray a boundary ball in his chase for wickets, but Rohit Sharma usually regains control rather soon. The classic miser through the middle overs is Ravindra Jadeja, although Kuldeep Yadav is significantly more accurate than his actions four years prior.
