A few weeks back, and following a lengthy period of radio silence from Marvel and a whole lot of on-set drama, the first teaser for Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has been dropped by Disney earlier on Monday. The film is the next instalment of the 2018 hit directed by Ryan Coogler. Like the teaser, the new trailer also pays homage to the late actor Chadwick Boseman who played the superhero in the original. It also introduces a new hero and threat. Well, The trailer doesn”t reveal who the new hero is but we do see that the Black Panther suit has been tweaked with gold accents.

The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever trailer opens with a voiceover that says, “Only the most broken people can be great leaders”. We see Wakanda grieving T”Challa at his funeral before getting into some action scenes. It offers a look at Letitia Wright, Angela Bassett and Lupita Nyong”o who are reprising their roles. We also get insights on the much-talked-about Namor (Tench Huerta) and stunning underwater sequences. It ends with a shot of the new Black Panther who will take on the mantle.
